What does it mean if a company is a SolarQuotes® client?

A SolarQuotes client is a company that:

• has applied to buy sales leads from SolarQuotes
• has been accepted after a strict vetting procedure
• is active and buying sales leads from us

When someone using our website asks for quotes we will refer them to one or more SolarQuotes clients (but never more than the number of quotes they asked for).

We monitor the reviews of all clients and reserve the right to remove companies from the network if they do the wrong thing.

Anyone in Australia can leave a review of any solar company in Australia on our site. We actively ask people who have asked for quotes to review the company they chose for their installation - so SolarQuotes clients will usually rack up feedback more than non-clients.

We do not let our solar installer clients remove bad reviews. But we do alert them if they get a bad review (which is thankfully something that doesn't occur very often).

We let any solar company respond to any of their reviews. Installation companies that aren't clients can just flag the review using the flag icon on the review and select that option.
